The Criminal Petition is filed under Section ,182 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 to quash the proceedings in Crime No.897 of 2018 on the file of the Meerpet Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471., 41,9 of Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The petition was filed questioning the registration of crime in the year 2018. No interim orders were passed by this Court. The stage of investigation is not known. Hence, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of granting \ liberty to question the charge sheet, if any. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closet-l.
