Mr.K.L.N.Swamy, after arguing the writ petition for some time, realizing that four weeks time granted by this Court in W.P.No.36353 of 2017 dated 13.11.2017 is yet to be completed, for the present, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
