HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.41709 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed complaining the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering the building permission application, dated 22.12.2014, of the petitioner, in respect of the property in Door No.4-29-A-24-A, Indira Nagar, Opp:Indira Ngar Shadi Mahal, Madanapalle of Chittoor District. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if a direction is given to the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the afore-said application in accordance with the procedure established by law, the ends of justice would be met.

Learned standing counsel representing the 2nd respondent would bring to the notice of the Court that the application of the petitioner is of the year 2014 and that as of now the procedure for submitting building applications has undergone a change and that the petitioner has to submit an application 'online' for building permission and that the competent authority is the Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration.

Recording the afore-said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of observing that the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application to the authority concerned 'online' by following the procedure established by law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
