This Company Application is filed to condone the delay of 4768 days in filing the proof of debt before the Official Liquidator by the petitioner and to direct the Official Liquidator to adjudicate the said proof of debt and pass appropriate orders. 2.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the delay of 4768 days is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) by the petitioner to the Telangana Advocate's Association, High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad, and on such payment, the Official Liquidator is directed to proceed in accordance with law.
