This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 06.11.2017 in I.A.No.507 of 2017 in O.S.No.68 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Mydukur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
