HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 45586 OF 2018 Order : (Per The Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) Petitioner complains that her son, K. Narsing, has been illegally detained by the 5th respondent-Station House Officer, Chhatrinaka Police Station.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits on instructions that the alleged detenu was arrested in connection with Crime No. 303 of 2018 on the file of Gandhinagar Police Station, for offence punishable under Section 392 I.P.C. He is stated to be the accused therein. He has been produced before the Jurisdictional Magistrate and has been remanded to judicial custody.
