THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40124 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the petitioner's lawful possession in respect of the house plot admeasuring 400 square yards in Survey No.1340 situated at Prashanthnagar, Housing Board Colony, Siddipet Village and Mandal.

Even after two adjournments, no action is being taken by the respondents for dispossessing the petitioner from his land. Hence, the writ petition is filed only on apprehension and it is premature. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition as and when fresh cause of action arises.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
