Learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file an application under Section VI-A of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 before the 4th respondent seeking mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed to the petitioner.

Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
