This Criminal petition, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/ A.2 seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.166 of 2018 of Miryalguda (R) Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 506 read with 34 of IPC.

Heard. Perused the record.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ A.2 was arrested and sent to remand on 14.12.2018. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
