Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case reserving his liberty to file a fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.
