Cr l.P.MP.No.1 3 3 7 6 of 2 0 1 7 This Petition is filed to compound the offences in C.C.No.3200 of 2013 on the file of XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad and record compromise.

De facto complaint and the accused present and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, they stated that the matter is settled outside the Court due to intervention of the elders as they enter and requested this Court to grant leave to compound the offences since the compromise is voluntary and in the interest of both parties to settle their future lives.

In view of the facts and circumstances, this Petition is liable to be allowed permitting the parties to compound the offences and to record compromise.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed permitting the parties to compound the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) IPC and Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Cr l.P.No.1 2 0 7 1 of 2 0 1 7 In view of the Orders passed in Crl.P.M.P.No.13376 of 2017, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.3200 of

2013 on the file of XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad, are hereby quashed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
