THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.13427 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioners are the A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.226 of 2018 of Veeravally Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420,384 and 506 R/ w.34 IPC, on the report of the 2ndrespondent-defactocomplainant. Both the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offence. In the result, the I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 in Cr.No.226 of 2018 of Veeravally Police Station. The petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 are acquitted and their bail bonds shall stand cancelled.
