THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.44025 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that she had made representations on 07.12.2017 and 08.12.2017 to second respondent, invoking Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, for correction and rectification of entries in revenue records for the subject land and that the second respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 4 states that the second respondent will consider the said representations, after giving notice to fifth respondent, and communicate his decision to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, after giving notice to fifth respondent, and communicate his decision to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 4.
