Heard Sri S.S. Varma, learned Standing Counsel for National Highways Authority of India.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she is not satisfied with the compensation granted. When it is pointed out, seeking enhancement of compensation, the petitioner has to approach the competent authority in terms of Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956, learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to approach the competent authority in terms of Section 3G(5) of the 1956 Act.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
