Heard Mr.Bommagani Prabhakar for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that respondents 2 and 3 have taken steps by filing a petition for further investigation in Cr.No.375 of 2015. The petition has been ordered and the 3rd respondent is prepared to inform the latest developments to petitioner as well.

The statement made on behalf of 3rd respondent is placed on record and accepted.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order. The 3rd respondent is directed to inform the developments in Cr.No.375 of 2015 to the petitioner in writing to the address given in the writ petition by registered post with acknowledgment due within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
