Heard Sri Kothapalli Ram Mohan Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The revision itself is filed questioning the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner/respondent-L.Sreenivas, on payment of process, in Criminal M.P. No.66 of 2017 in M.C. No.15 of 2016, filed under Section 125 (3) of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, whereby and whereunder the revision petitioner is required to pay certain amounts towards interim maintenance.

The request made herein can neither be construed as final order nor an intermediate order giving rise to prefer the Criminal Revision Case.
