This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-A.5 in Crime No.244 of 2017 of Razole police station, East Godavari district registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B r/w 364 (a), 384, 506, 399, 342 IPC and Sections 25 (1) (1-A), 27 and 29 (a) of the Arms Act, 1959.

Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.

Earlier application filed by the petitioner-A.5 for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2017 in Criminal Petition No.11704 of 2017. There are specific allegations that the petitioner-A.5 purchased one pistol and 8 live cartridges for Rs.2.00 lakhs from A.1 to A.4. While dealing with the earlier application, elaborate reasons were given. There are no change of circumstances from the date of dismissal of the earlier bail application. Therefore, no different view can be taken. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
