This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Senior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram to dispose of E.A.No.63 of 2017 in E.A.No.216 of 2015 in E.P.No.12 of 2013 in O.S.No.68 of 2010.

Since the prayer of the petitioner is limited, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed directing the learned Senior Civil Judge, Dharmavaram, to dispose of E.A.63 of 2017 in E.A.No.216 of 2015 in E.P.No.12 of 2013 in O.S.No.68 of 2010 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
