HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.42631 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner has made applications dated 10-02-2010, 14-04-211, 22-05-2014 and 22-09-2017 for appointment as fair price shop dealer on compassionate grounds in terms of G.O.Ms.No.4, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS-I) Department, dated 28-02-2014. As the same are not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the applications filed by the petitioner in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.4, dated 28-02-2014 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
