The counsel for petitioners after arguing the writ petition for some time, taking note of the resumption order relied on by the respondents and also the necessity for obtaining comprehensive reliefs, seeks liberty to file suit before the competent civil court. By granting liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of. This Court has not examined the merits. The interim order granted earlier is vacated.

No order as to costs.
