This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not considering for grant of building permission for construction of residential building in Plot No.17 in an extent of 180 sq. yards in Sy.No.1024 of Metpally, Jagityal District, Telangana State as the same is not come under cut of date of Layout Regularization Scheme, 2015 as per G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Municipalities Act and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant of building permission for construction of residential building in Plot No.17 in an extent of 180 sq. yards in Sy.No.

1024 of Metpally, Jagityal District, Telangana State" (Reproduced verbatim) Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2Municipality and perused the material available on record. The learned Counsel appearing for both sides are in agreement that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by Order, dated 24-10-2017, of this Court in WP.No.23191 of 2017.

MSRM, J W.P.No.39943 of 2017 Date: 29-11-2017 Having regard to the above submission and for the reasons mentioned in the Order passed in the aforesaid Writ Petition, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
