THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.39668 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioners, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioners' grievance is that they had applied through representation dt.16.08.2017 for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deed to 4th respondent, and that the 4th respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that petitioners ought to apply in Form 6-A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971 with supporting material; and if such application is made by them to the 4th respondent, the 4th respondent will take appropriate action thereon.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to apply in Form 6-A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act 1971 with supporting material to the 4th respondent; and within period of six (06) weeks on receipt of such application, the 4th respondent shall take appropriate action in that regard.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
