THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.11668 of 2Ol7 \ ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C), is hled by the petitioner/ accused seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.498 of 2015 on the file of XIV Special Magistrate Court, Erramanzil, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 188 1 and Section 42O of lPC. 2.

None appears for the petitioners.

As seen from the record, no interim orders are passed when the case was filed in the year 2017. The subject C.C. is of the year 2O15 and was pending before the Special Magistrate Court, which was now abolished. Therefore, this Court has no reason to keep the criminal petition pending. Hence, this Court is inclined to dispose of the criminal petition giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if cause survives.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if cause survives.
