THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.43029 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner prays for the following relief: "......writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not registering the F.I.R. against the respondent Nos.5 & 6 as per registered post complaint sent to them on 08.09.2017, by the petitioner, as arbitrary, illegal........"

The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the complaint dated 08.09.2017 is registered as Crime No.1167 of 2017 on 21.12.2017 and the matter would be investigated in accordance with law. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner, having regard to the statement placed on record submits that no further orders are required in the writ petition. Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
