Petitioners' grievance is that they had applied in Form 6A prescribed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 on 21.10.2017 for mutation and issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed in respect of the subject property and contends that the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
