It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petition was filed by wife, since the husband was in jail at that point of time.

Now the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file fresh writ petition by the husband of the petitioner, who is released now. Granting liberty to do so, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
