THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CONTEMPT CASE No.2755 of 2017 ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging wilful & deliberate violation of the orders of this Court, dated 06.04.2017, in W.P.No.14873 of 2008.

When the contempt case is taken up for hearing, the 1st respondent-Commissioner of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, appeared in person, in response to the Form I notice issued to him. Though Form I notices were also issued to the respondents 2 & 4 for their appearance before this Court today, they did not appear before this Court personally.

Ms. Vani Reddy, learned counsel, appearing for the 1st respondent, having placed on record a copy of the proceedings, dated 29.11.2018, issued by the 1st respondent vide Memo No.Admn.1/2301/2015, submitted that the orders of this Court, which are the subject matter of the contempt case, are duly complied with. In view of the said compliance, she makes a request to close the contempt case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, who is served with a copy of the afore-said Memo, also submits that the contents of the said Memo reflect that the orders of this Court are duly complied with. 5.
Though respondents 2 & 4 have not appeared before this Court, this Court is not directing issuance of bailable warrants against them by taking a lenient view. However, this Court is constrained to make an observation that their conduct in not promptly complying with the order of this Court and in not appearing before this Court today is not
appreciable. Therefore, this Court directs the Commissioner-1st respondent to initiate appropriate departmental action against them for their above conduct in not responding to the orders of this Court. 6.
With these observations, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
