This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: ...."to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings No.D1/738/2017, dated 1107-2017 passed by 4th respondent and consequential Appellate Authority Proceedings in SR cell (2) 465/2017, dated 18-10-2017 passed by the 2nd respondent cancelling the petitioner's seed licence and confirmed the orders as illegal and arbitrary and contrary to the Circular instructions issued by the respondents are time to time and also Seeds Act, 1966 and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the Respondents to restore the Seed licence of the petitioner forthwith and pass such other order or orders as may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances this Court disposed of WP.No.38554 of 2017, dated 27-11-2017. The same is not disputed by learned Additional Advocate General for respondents. In view of the same, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also allowed in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
