When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that a case in Crime No.1026 of 2018 has been registered by the Police. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in the writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
