Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner contends that he applied on 11.08.2017 through 'Meeseva' for Mutation and issuance of title deed/ e-pass book to the 4th respondent and that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 4th respondent will consider the said application within six weeks and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the said application of the petitioner dated 11.08.2017 of the petitioner and take appropriate action thereon and communicate his decision to the petitioner, within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
