Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file an application in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 to the 4th respondent to affect mutation of the name of the petitioner in respect of the subject land.

Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
