Learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.3 addressed a letter, dated 05.03.2019, to the Registrar (Judicial) requesting to place the matter before the Court, so as to seek permission for withdrawal of the Criminal Petition with liberty to the petitioner/ accused No.3 to file a fresh quash petition along with accused No.2 for compromise.

When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.3 is present and made a similar representation seeking withdrawal of the Criminal Petition with the liberty afore-stated.

Under these circumstances, permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
