HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.42152 of 2017 Order:

When the father of the petitioner killed in extremist violence on 08.04.1987, the petitioner made an application on 04.11.2008 to the second respondent seeking appointment on compassionate grounds under G.O.Ms.No.504 dated 11.08.2008 and when his request was turned down by impugned Memo dated 09.04.2010 on the ground that he was a minor at the time of his father's death, he filed the present Writ Petition. When the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and admitted to by the learned Government Pleader that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.21492 of 2012 and batch dated 16.11.2017, wherein the orders of rejection were set aside and the matter was remanded to the second respondent for consideration of the cases.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also allowed by setting aside the impugned order and the matter is remanded to the second respondent for consideration of the case of the petitioner for appointment within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with the Government Orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.469, General Administration (SC.A) Department, dated 08.11.1996 and G.O.Ms.No.504, General Administration (SC.A) Department, dated 11.08.2008. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
