THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 in/and Criminal Petition No.13462 of 2018 ORDER :

The petitioner is the accused in Cr.No.119 of 2018 of Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC on the report of the 1st respondent-defactocomplainant. Both the petitioner/ accused and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present and they stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 to compromise the matter and compound the offence. In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offence. In the result, the I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2018 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner/ accused in Cr.No.119 of 2018 of Sanjeevareddy Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad. The petitioner/ accused is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
