Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on 13.06.2016 for mutation and issuance of e-pattadar pass book to the 3rd respondent on A.P. Online, and contends that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.13.06.2016 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.13.06.2016 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
