This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the proceedings No.C/148/2018, dated 05.02.2018, whereby not converting the petitioner's agricultural land into Non-Agricultural Land to an extent of Ac.0.18 guntas in Sy.No.353 and Ac.0.03 1⁄2 guntas in Sy.No.356, total admeasuring Ac.0.21 1⁄2 guntas, out of total land admeasuring Ac.4.17 guntas, situated at Medak Village, Medak mandal and District, contrary to the G.O.Ms.No.33, dated 24.01.2013 and G.O.Ms.No.363, dated 21.08.2010. Admittedly, petitioner has alternate remedy of filing appeal before the Joint Collector as contended by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue as well as learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty of the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order before the appellate authority. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 17.12.
