THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.6855 OF 2017 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner, aggrieved by the docket order dated 12.11.2017 in I.A.No.624 of 2017 in O.P.No.66 of 2016 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Heard.

There is nothing to admit or to order notice to the other side and keep the revision pending, but for, to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, subject to other priorities, to give early disposal of the main matter. Needless to say, for the custody matters, orders are never final including for any visiting rights for any change to modify, more particularly, in the welfare of the child as paramount consideration, the Court can irrespective of any application or not can consider from the facts before the Court if necessary in future to modify pending disposal of the main petition. Needless to say, across the Bench there is a submission that in pending M.C.No.266 of 2017 filed by the revision petitioner against the revision respondent herein with interim maintenance application under Section 125 Cr.P.C., the learned Judge shall give early disposal of the interim maintenance application. With the above directions and observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
