The case of the petitioners is that they are in possession of the subject lands and their names are entered in revenue records. They have also submitted applications dated 02.07.2018 and 08.11.2018 for grant of D form pattas to the competent authority. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since the applications submitted by the petitioners are stated to be pending, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the said applications in accordance with law and take action.
