ORDER

Heard and perused the material on record.

In view of the principle enunciated in T.Gayatri Devi v. Dr. Tallepaneni Sreekanth1 and Sumita Sing Vs. Kumar Sanjay2 that the paramount consideration, in transfer of matrimonial cases, is the inconvenience of the wife when compared to that of the husband, this Court not inclined to transfer the case FCDOP No.13 of 2017 from the Judge, Family Court, Adilabad but for the learned Judge, Family Court, if the petitioner is represented through advocate u/ sec.13 of the Family Courts Act, not to insist his personal appearance unless requires for reconciliation or for giving of evidence, as the case may be.
