The Tahsildar, Huzurabad Mandal, issued orders vide proceedings No.B/1135/2011 (151) dated 30.01.2012 to mutate the name of Guduru Swamireddy as pattadar and enjoyer of land in Sy.Nos.1762/A to an extent of Ac.0-11 guntas and 1762/B to an extent of Ac.0-05 guntas of Ippalnarsingapur Village, Huzurabad Mandal. Aggrieved thereby Smt.Bolledla Lalithareddi filed appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), Huzurabad. Vide order dated 07.10.2017 the RDO, Huzurabad, allowed the appeal cancelling the orders issued by the Tahsildar, and directed restoration of original entries in Pahani for Sy.No.1762 of Ippalanarsingapur Village. Petitioners herein filed revision before the Joint Collector, Karimnagar. The said revision is pending. By order dated 25.10.
2017 the Joint Collector, granted interim stay of operation of the order of the RDO dated 07.10.2017. On 28.11.2017 by separate proceedings, 23.12.2017 was fixed as date of hearing of revision. But on the same day by separate order the Joint Collector, vacated the interim order dated 25.10.2017 granted by him. Aggrieved thereby, this writ petition is filed. 2.
On 06.12.2017, this Court granted interim suspension of the order of Joint Collector as well as the order of RDO. Praying to vacate the said interim order I.A.No.1 of 2017 (WVMP.No.5197 of 2017) is filed by the unofficial respondent.

When the vacate petition is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the unofficial respondent agreed for disposal of the writ petition, by maintaining the interim order granted by the Joint Collector on 25.10.2017 till the disposal of the Revision. However, they requested for early hearing and disposal of the Revision by the Joint Collector.

Having regard to the statement made by both the counsel without entering into merits of the issue, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Joint Collector, Karimnagar (3rd respondent), to hear and dispose of the Revision Petition No.D1/2590 of 2017 pending before him, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The 3rd respondent shall issue notice in advance fixing the date of hearing and after affording due opportunity, shall consider the objections of respective parties and shall pass appropriate orders by assigning due reasons in support of his decision and communicate the same to the parties. Till a decision is made by the 3rd respondent, after affording due opportunity to the respective parties, the interim order passed on 25.10.2017 by Joint Collector in the pending revision shall continue. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
