Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 had produced proceedings in Rc.No.A7/165/HR CELL/2015 dt.18-12-2018 addressed by 3rd respondent to the 4th respondent proposing to engage the petitioner as a Junior Mate. 3.

Having regard to the said proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
