Mohanbab Petitioners/Accused 1 & 2 AND The State of Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Public Prosecutor, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. Respondent/Complainant Petition under Sections 437 & 439 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the Petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 and 2 on Regular Bail in SC.No. 155 of 2017 on the file of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District and release the Petitioners/Accused Nos. 1 and 2 on such terms and conditions. The Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T.R.K.S.Srinivas, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Addl. Public Prosecutor (AP) for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:
" This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to them in Crime No.299 of 2017 of G.R.P.S. Vijayayawada, Krishna District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 and A.2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

As per the record, 6 Kgs. of ganja was seized from the possession of petitioner/A.1 and another 6 Kgs. of ganja was seized from the possession of petitioner/A.2. The seized quantity is a small quantity. The petitioners/A.1 and A.2 were remanded to judicial custody on 03.08.2017. In this case, charge sheet is already filed and Sessions case number vide S.C.No.155 of 217 is also given on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada. 4.
Having regard to the nature of allegations, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 can be enlarged on bail 5.
In the result, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Vijayawada. On release, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 shall appear before the trial Court on each and every adjournment without fail. 6.
