HCJ&AAR,J W.P.No.45852 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) By order dated 27.06.2019, this Court had clearly opined that in case none appears on behalf of the petitioner on the next date, this writ petition shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. Subsequently, even on 11.07.2019, 25.07.2019 and 22.08.2019, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Therefore, this writ petition is hereby dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
