The grievance of the petitioner is that unofficial respondents 5 and 6 have encroached the government land and though he made representation to the 4th respondent - Tahsildar on 12.11.2018, no action has been taken. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions of the 4th respondent in Ref.No.B/478/2018 dated 17.12.2018, stating that notices were issued under Section 7 of the A.P. Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and the eviction process is under progress. Recording the above statement made in the written instructions of the 4th respondent, writ petition is disposed of.
