When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this court disposed of W.P.No.14941 of 2016 on 28-04-2016. A copy of the said order is placed on record along with material papers. Following the said order, there shall be the following similar order: - "The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent- Station House Officer, Sakinetipally Police Station, East Godavari District, to consider the representation of the petitioner-company and take action in the matter in accordance with the due procedure laid down by law. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
