Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ".... to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus ordering and directing the 2nd & 3rd respondent to produce petitioner daughter (Baby Sanvitha) before this Hon'ble Court and set her at liberty forthwith by declaring her detention by the 4th respondent as illegal, without jurisdiction being contrary to the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and pass such other order ...."

Sri G. Tuhin Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner has addressed a letter dated 22.01.2018 to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition and on her instructions, he has given the said letter for posting of the matter under the caption "FOR WITHDRAWAL".

In view of the said letter, permission is accorded to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
