ORDER
The grievance of the petitioner is that he made an application on 18.12.2017 before the 2nd respondent - Sub Collector - cum - Revenue Divisional Officer, permission for conversion of agricultural land in an extent of 0.65 cts in Sy.No.652/3/1 and an extent of Ac.0.60 cents in Sy.No.402/1/2, situated at Tandur village of Tandur Mandal, into nonagricultural purpose. In pursuance to the same, the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, vide proceedings in Rc.No.B/278/2016 dated 04.04.2018 submitted report. In spite of the same, the 2nd respondent is not disposing of his application.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner by taking into account the report submitted by the 3rd respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. shall stand closed. No costs.
