THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.12180 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-A.1 in crime No.352 of 2017 of Jammalamadugu (U) police station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 read with 34 IPC and 4 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. As per the record, there are allegations against the petitioner-A.1 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 read with 34 IPC and 4 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning) Act, 1978. However, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
