THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.44224 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner is working as Shift Operator at Cheyyeru Sub Station under Katrenikona Section, Mummidivaram Sub Division under the control of the fourth respondent, who is a contractor. While so, the third respondent issued a letter to the Divisional Engineer for interchange of four Shift Operators within the Sub Division and challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed. A reading of the letter addressed by the third respondent shows that the four Shift Operators, who are working under his jurisdiction are creating unrest and problem by brining outside pressure on the Department. In those circumstances, he sought for interchange of four Shift Operators. Now, the petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking consideration of his representation relating to his grievance, as a result of the request of the third respondent.

As seen from the above, the third respondent made a request due to exigencies of administration and this Court cannot interfere with the said request. Further, the petitioner is an employee deputed by the fourth respondent, who is a contractor. At the instance of the petitioner, no relief can be granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
