This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 06.10.2017 passed in I.A.No.228 of 2015 in A.S.No.22 of 2011 on the file of the IV-Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court) at Nagarkurnool.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to urge the points raised in this revision before the appellate Court at appropriate stage.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
